The Palace Project app gives you access to hundreds of thousands of e-book and audiobook titles, many without wait times or limited checkouts, all in one place for your smart device. Download the app and select "Screven-Jenkins Regional Library" as your library to access our collection, then sign in using your PINES Card number and password.

The Palace Project app provides one-stop access to all new and existing e-book and audiobook titles available through Georgia Download Destination (GADD) on Libby and Overdrive, through eRead Kids, and through ProQuest on GALILEO.

​LIBBY

We've been loving this e-book and audiobook app for years!  Download the app from the Play Store for Android or the App Store for Apple/iOS and get to reading.  Once you've downloaded your items onto your phone, tablet or computer, you can read or listen anywhere. 

How to use Libby:

1. Download the Libby app in the Google Play, Kindle App Store, or Apple App Store, or go to Libbyapp.com in your internet browser. 
2. Follow the prompts. If you do not have a library card, visit your local library or register for an e-card. 
3. When prompted, choose “I’ll search for a library.”
4. Search for “Georgia Download Destination.” 
5. Enter your library card number. 
6. Now you’re ready to browse for eBooks and audiobooks!
7. Click “borrow” to check out items or “place hold” to put items on hold.  
8. Click on “shelf” to see the items you have checked out or on hold.

E-READ KIDS

E-books, audiobooks, read-along books, they're all right here in e-Read Kids!  It's a wonderful way to encourage your kids to read, and can be accessed anywhere you have internet, or downloaded onto your phone, tablet or computer and enjoyed anywhere.  Beginning December 3, 2025 e-Read Kids moved to the Palace Project. 

Here's how to access the eRead Kids collection:
1. Download The Palace Project app from the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android)
2. Open the app and search for "eRead Kids." Selections will sort alphabetically by "eRead Kids - system name."
3. Select your library and start browsing!

Yes, we have streaming videos available too! Download the Kanopy app and enjoy hours of everything from true-crime documentaries to children's TV shows like Sesame Street.  While there is a limit to the number of shows you can watch in a month for the adults, Kanopy Kids offers unlimited quality children's entertainment for your kids to enjoy!
