We are uncertain when we will be able to return to our normal operations, but in the meantime, here’s what we can offer.
UPDATE: We now have phone service at the library! Please call us at 912-564-7526. If we are calling you to inform you that a book is in, etc. the phone number will show up on your Caller ID as a wireless phone, 912-425-0436.
UPDATE 2: We are now able to print, scan, and fax as normal at OTC!
Our new library hours:
Monday through Friday, 9 am-6 pm!
First, we have shifted our library services from the library building across the street at OTC's Screven County building. We have a limited supply of high-demand items at OTC, and will be happy to go to the library to get items which are still in the library building.
Second, we have no wi-fi service at the library. If you need to use the wifi, please visit the Jenkins County Memorial Library at 223 Daniel Street in Millen.
Third, we have public computer access at OTC! They have generously allowed the public to use their computer lab.
Fourth, and a frequently asked question - if your books/DVDs/etc. were due during the time that the library was closed, there will be no overdue fines! Feel free to keep them until we reopen. However, if your fines predate the closing of the library building, you are still responsible for paying them. You may pay your fines as normal at our OTC location.
