How to Track Your Summer Reading Hours!

Picture
Your child or teen can track their hours read and participate in fun challenges on Beanstack this summer while they earn prizes for every five hours they read!  Adults can also participate in challenges and use Beanstack to keep track of their Summer Reading books!

Every five hours a child or teen reads, and every book an adult reads and records in Beanstack, earns a chance to enter the weekly drawing. Please note that to enter the drawing, or for your child to claim their reading prizes, you must come to the library.

 Beanstack is here!
What is Beanstack?  It's an online program to help you and your kids have a blast during Summer Reading.  It's more than just a way to keep track of your reading hours, it offers special Summer Reading virtual prizes, challenges, reading recommendations, and fun projects.

Click here to register at sjrls.beanstack.com..
If you have registered before., you do not need to register again.

Summer Reading participants who use Beanstack  do not need to use paper reading logs to keep track of their time. If you prefer to use paper reading logs instead of Beanstack, please pick them up at  the library on or after June 2.

If you prefer to use paper reading logs, please come to the library to collect them on or after June 2.
